En Suite Bedroom. Located on first floor and has the luxury of a super-king size (6’) bed. The recently added en-suite has a shower, wash basin and w.c. The room is spacious and overlooks the garden and fields beyond.

Double Bedroom. First floor. This too is a spacious room and has the benefit of a full private bathroom located next to the bedroom. This room overlooks the front garden.

Family Room. First floor. As the double bedroom is spacious it can easily be adapted to take either an extra one or two single beds. There is a full private bathroom next to this room. Outlook onto front garden.

Ground Floor Double Room with king size double bed (5’). This attractive room overlooks the garden and fields with Brackley in the distance. The room has the use of a shower room, also on the ground floor.

Large twin bedded room with private bathroom on first floor. This room can take an extra 1 or 2 single beds making it a 3 or 4 bedded room.
